Green War Logo

Green War is an environmental consulting company for the music industry that is creating an interactive web-based community for bands and others to communicate and organize. The logo was made to demonstrate the interplay of money with the environmental stability of our planet.

ZDO Promotional Postcards

ZDO, the amazing design and branding agency I interned at, wanted some catchy postcards for clients and friends. The simple purpose was to promote the company through a unique design. Thus, I had free creative reign.

And who can resist the charm of an overly-optimistic-50’s-clipart-gentleman with a phonograph torso and palm tree heart? Nobody, that’s who. The collage is quirky, unique, slightly disturbing, and exactly what ZDO was looking for.

Tier Water Packaging

Tier water is targeted towards the urban hipster, yuppie, swanky buisiness person, or anybody who wants to look good while drinking good looking water. And this is no ordinary water either, it’s got some of that addicting anti-deppressant we like to call caffeine.

Red Bull Design Competition

Bobby Marko, Aaron Shapiro, and I competed against ten groups in “Get it on Record,” a promotional design contest sponsored by Red Bull. Each group was assigned a break-dancer to make a video, photos, and print material for. We were assigned to Phillip Cole, a.k.a. “B-boy Slim.”

The outcome was this cohesive and stunning promotional box for Slim to show off his skills and refined style to potential clients. We merged Slim’s sophisticated-yet-edgy persona into the package by combining classy and grungy elements. You better believe that cigar box is lined with velvet.

Percept Apparel Identity System

Percept Apparel is a shirt company I want to launch next year. The business will sell hand-printed shirts with introspective themes that have depth beyond aesthetic qualities.

I wanted to represent the process of silk-screening a shirt with the process of perceiving a deep idea. For the logo, I toyed with the negative space of the letters and an icon of the eye. It is easily recognizable yet takes some cognitive power to process. There is a consistent halftone pattern applied in each piece companied with overlaying graphic patterns.
